send me a broken bed and will not replace it.

not extremely sturdy, but not too bad for the price.

I bought this frame last year for our new home. I didn’t have the space to unbox it until we just moved in about a week ago. Whatever factory this bed is made at has very poor quality control. There were several issues with the slats that screw into the bed frame that actually hold the mattress. On top of this one of the end pieces that attach the longer board and shorter board of the bedframe was incorrectly made – please reference the below picture attached. The holes that were drilled were drilled in line with each other instead of offset, so it is impossible to attach the longer board and shorter board together. Now the end board of the bedframe is left completely unattached as I cannot screw it into the bedframe without running into the screws from the longer board of the bedframe. Building a new house and moving in to our first home was already stressful enough but to deal with furniture.m issues when I paid hundreds of dollars for syd furniture was the cherry on top of my frustration. If you are wanting to be able to use your bedframe immediately after delivery I would not recommend getting this.

While the headboard itself is cute, the wood supports are beyond flimsy and did not even fit the frame. They cracked the second we put our mattress on it, and we spent just as much as this bed to purchase new metal supports and a box spring. Please save your money on this one.

There were some slight stress fractures in the wood where screws needed to be tightened, but overall this bed was incredibly easy to assemble, is sturdy, and seems to be good quality.
