I have mixed feelings about this sectional. On the positive side, it’s a highly functional piece for smaller spaces. The fabric feels surprisingly soft to the touch. ​However, the comfort level is just "okay." The cushions are very firm—much firmer than they appear in photos—and they don't give you that cozy, sink-in feeling you want for a long movie night. The back support and pillow-top armrests also feel a bit thin on padding. ​Overall, if you are looking for a practical option for a playroom or guest space, it gets the job done. But if your top priority is pure comfort for your primary living area, you might want to look elsewhere.

This sofa is amazing. Was very easy to assemble took me and my husband about thirty minutes. It's also very soft and comfortable. I will be putting a cover over it to protect it from the kids as they already spilled something on which cleaned off very easily.

I received my shipment in 2 boxes as planned. However, each box had a different color. They were close but, definitely not the same. We put together most sections in a dimly lit area with more floor space. Didn't notice the difference until it was moved it into my office while connecting the sections. Contacted Wayfair. They sent a replacement and each box was different again printed right on the box...I returned it immediately without unpacking it! They also wanted me to return the 1st one, which was impossible since it came vacuum sealed when it arrived. Their resolution was for me to dispose of / donate it, which I did. I'm now getting non-stop calls and texts from a shipping company wanting to come pick up a mismatched sofa I no longer have. I have sent copies of the email confirming THEIR instructions telling me I could donate it. Still getting calls, emails and texts. TIRED & DISAPPOINTED

Bit on the firmer side, but I think for the price it’s an option

A bit too hard but just needs a few pillows. A nice value.
