they get the air out for packaging it, when the sofa arrived, not a big but heavy package,I thought it is a super soft one, but it’s not, I like it!

This sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on. I made sure to wait the full 10 days to let it expand and that did not improve things. I sleep on a firm foam mattress so generally prefer things that way and I knew that I was not getting a traditional couch, but this is like sitting on a rock covered in fabric. Maybe it would work in a doctor's office waiting room or something. Other than that, it looks like a "real" sofa and the fabric is soft - almost like a chenille, which is nicer than I expected. However, it is really useless if you actually want to lounge on it. Also keep in mind that it is basically impossible to return these once they have expanded: even if you are willing to rent a truck and drop it off at a shipping location, you will still pay $70 for the privilege of sending it back.

I just opened my loveseat and was shocked by what a piece of garbage it is. Was I really supposed to know what "boneless" sofa" is? Had I known this was nothing more than a glorified bean bag chair I would have never ordered it. And obviously, the way it was packed and sealed, returning it is not an option. Your image of it is totally deceptive. I'll never order from Wayfair again and I'll be sure to let social media know how deceptive Wayfair seems to have become, at least with this item. So incredibly disappointed with this purchase. Especially since this was going to be the centerpiece of the living room in my new home!

Looks casual and nice for the TV Room but extremely uncomfortable. I have actually suffered a stitch sitting on this for an extended period of time.
