There are a lot of things to like but some serious concerns. 1) The brown is a flat brown. It doesn't have that deep variation in the color. 2) It is difficult to put together. Be ready to sweat and give yourself at least 2 hours. 3) The pillows Velcro on. I'm not sure if that is good or bad yet but hoping that doesn't wear off. 4) We love the pull down table but it is made differently than the other cushions. So when it is up, it is very obvious. We use this in the basement and it is almost always down or it is full of teenagers. If you want this in your main living room and you will have the table up, I would pass on it. 5) We picked this one because the seat depth was better than other ones in this price range. You can easily sleep on it. 6) Sitting on the storage end is definitely a different feel than sitting on the couch. It is soft and I worry it might give way. 7) The storage can fit 4 medium blankets. 8) I don't like that the storage handle sticks out. You can tuck it in but it takes a bit of work to do that each time.

The quality of this item is poor. I wouldn't buy it again. Waiting on service to fix the issues that came with the delivery.

I purchased the brown version of this couch on sale and I am in love with it. It looks just like the picture, except the legs are black, which I wanted anyway. The couch is firm, but I wanted that too. I am in love with the storage as well. The delivery came two weeks earlier than projected! The picture indicated the chaise section of the couch was only 32", or something like that, and it isn't. It is much larger, around 70", which I felt was noticeably wrong on the page upon purchase.
