Fauteuil inclinable pivotant rembourré avec fonction berçante Nassi

Arrived on time. Easy to assemble. There are some wrinkles in the backrest that have not come out on their own after sitting out and being used for two weeks. Going to try using a hand steamer to see if it will fix the wrinkles.

There were small stains all over this (see area next to paper strips). We were offered only a 15 discount or to return. We have to take price reduction because we need the chair now. For me, this may be the last straw with Wayfair.

This item was delivered and it is all wrinkles that won’t come out! The seat has two dots on it that also won’t come out. Wayfare told me the manufacturer handles this but I am getting no where with them ! If I purchased from wayfare I think they should be contacting and handling this. But as of now I have nothing from them. Disappointed!

Easy to put together, took 10 minutes! Swivel, recline, quite comfortable! Love my new recliner.

Do not buy this chair. The look is cute and easy to put together but the arms are so cheap and the minute you put weight on them, they permanently indent. So we now have a chair with very lumpy arms. Also, it’s almost impossible to close after the recliner is opened. You have to get off the chair and physically close it. We spend months paying this off and now must buy another chair.
