I got this chair for my mom for Mother’s Day last year. It’s so comfy, the warmth is amazing and the massage works great. My mom has chronic back pain so the heat works great for her. The cup holders are convent and the chair is easy to recline. Unfortunately the legs don’t stay up the greatest unless your laying all the way back. And the legs are kinda hard to close besides that it’s great.

This chair is very cheaply made and not good quality for the money. Basically not returnable because you have to pay the return fee. This is absolute junk and if I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy!
