The entire experience was quick and easy. I ordered the ottoman about 3 days ago and it was drill ered yesterday. It came in one piece so I opened it outside, disposed of the cardboard and set it up inside my house! I also appreciated the fact that they added an extra piece of cardboard inside the box, where you slice it open with scissors so that you wonāt accidentally cut into your item

They said my order was delayed because we weren't home, but we were and no delivery truck ever came. Even though on the website it says the customer doesnt need to be home for delivery. Had to wait 2 more days. Not a big deal just confusing and annoying

Very firm. Feet are plastic screw ins but zero effort required to put together and feels sturdy. Fabric seems resilient. Drawer seems sturdy.

Assembly was incredibly easy and straightforward. The accent ottoman arrived exactly as described and was exactly what I was looking for. It fits my space perfectly, looks great, and feels well made. Highly recommend!
