Bought this for a disabled friend. He is in heaven with it. Swivel helps him not twist his neck - padding protects boney spots - cup holder has already prevented spills and recliner allows him to rest more easily when needed.

Well decent enough couple of things that they could do better 1. Head rest needs to be better I took the lumbar cushion with less stuffing and used it for the headrest 2. Having a new piece sent as the wing part on the left side had makes embedded it it from poor packaging

From purchase to delivery, everything went perfectly I love my new chair

This is probably the best rocker-recliner that I have ever owned. It does pretty much everything in its job description. Overall, it is excellent value for the money.
