The delivery service could have been better for all the money that I spent. The couch took a while to put together. There were a few scratches on the bottom of the couch and some of the wood pieces that go on the bottom of the chair were not done well and had big cuts in them. The video was semi-helpful for the couch on how to put it together. The paper instructions on the Wayfair app were useless and there should have been a print out of instructions in the box. I was not satisfied with this order like I hoped I would be.
