This product is dangerous. The first time I raised it, the center rod stuck in the highest position and could not be lowered. The wheels don't lock. My wife tried to sit on it, and the chair rolled out from under her; she ended up on her back on the floor, and the chair was in pieces, though neither my wife nor the chair was broken. Without a wheel lock, this chair is unusable. Typically stools like this, which are commonly used in labs and clinics, have wheels that lock in place when someone sits or puts weight on them. This stool does not. I also tried for 20 minutes to unstick the height adjustment but was unsuccessful. I am shocked that Wayfair would sell something so hazardous. I’m pleased that Wayfair refunded this chair in full, but they really should remove this product from their site, and test their products for safety before putting them on their website.

Love the comfort of the seat and looks of the stool. One wheel does not want to stay in place; doesn't seem to "pop" into leg properly. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll enjoy using the stool working my crafts and puzzles

Great stool. Fits under the cubby desk in the bedroom and out of the way.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and pretty comfortable. I've only had it a few days, but think it will be more durable than I expected.
