Sarethya Bed

We opened our order just now due to the construction delay. I deeply regret not opening the box right away. 1. The product came from Zinus, not Sarethya. 2. Open box item was shipped. even though we did not order an open box. Someone must have assembled this because all the hardware was put in the ziplock pouch with original case being opened and one bed bracket was bent (that we had to use our own tool to straighten it in order to fit parts) 3. Top of the headboard has a prominent scratches and the other side has a crack (as it seems) showing. When I order a product, I expect the shippment to be at least as good as new, not defective after being tampered with it. Very Poor quality management

Very sturdy and extremely easy to assemble.

This frame has worked for me. I needed something that would sit under a low window. So far, I'm satisfied.

It’s not what we needed at all. I’m bummed that it’s too late to return it. It is well-made and gets put together easily, but it’s lower to the ground than we realized.

Looks good, and solid construction. One corner was not welded straight and the screws would not screw in very far. Used a dozen washers to adapt the screws to fit tight.

Great low platform bed. Have used this at three different apartments and it’s still sturdy!

The quality of the bed is very good and strong. Love how low to the floor it is. Setting up was super easy and came with all the tools needed. Would highly recommend buying this bed frame.
