Great chair! Very comfortable

Don't buy the chair if you like a quiet office. It makes loud, creaky noises every single time I move which is not only annoying for me but is very disruptive in meetings. It's probably and alignment issue like others have complained about, but I have readjusted it multiple times, nothing works. Replacement parts won't make a difference and the hassle of disassembling, finding and buying a new box to fit it, repacking, shipping, etc is just not worth the time and cost. Wayfair will only provide a 20% refund.

Arrived on time and packaging was totally intact. Parts were all in the box, used instructions to construct chair. Took about 40 minutes. Like the color, and everything else. Very satisfied.

Easy to put together, however, does not roll well on mats, the cushion is not soft, no comfy for long sitting unless you really like sitting on concrete. Very disappointed, impossible to send back once assembled. Do your back and rear a favor, pick a different chair

Not as comfortable as wanted, but suffices for my limited use. Could have used better rollers with soft rubber on bottoms instead of plastic.
