Everything they said it would be and more!

I needed a sleeping area for a guest and didn't want to resort to an air mattress. This sleeper chair + ottoman was perfect to use as a twin-sized bed, and comfortable to use as a chair too. I find myself using it as a reading chair often, and my cats seem to like the broadness of the back and arms to sleep on. It obviously looks boxy and doesn't really match the rest of our furniture as such, but I don't mind since it's in mainly kept out of the common areas anyway.

They do the job, are of good quality. All slipcovers look like slipcovers though.

Eugene convertible chair and ottoman is amazingly comfortable, perfect for when the grands come over for the weekend. I can't stop sitting on them, they may not make it to the guest room! Perfect height and size for short people like me and the kids. Very easy to get the slipcovers on too. Be careful, the velvet is slippery so you may slide right off, lol! Highly recommend.
