Solid Wood Dining Chair with Seat Cushion (set of 2)

Very light and sturdy. Cushions are great just waiting for them to soften up some! The only downer was assembly was rough at times. Not all the holes or hardware lined up. Great Chairs otherwise! I love them!

These chairs are extremely well made and the cushions are quite comfortable. Not too much trouble assembling them.

I really like these chairs! They’re pretty and have a spacious bottom for comfortable seating. The only thing is that sometimes I feel as though the chairs are not that strong, and there weren’t really clear instructions, but I’m not too worried about the chairs breaking under me because my partner is a mechanic… However, with that said, I don’t think I would’ve had the best time building it myself so for that I take off a star.

I have been looking for some sturdy dining chairs to have when we host get-togethers with friends and family and need to have additional seating. My hesitation in ordering the chairs was the color. I do like black, but I don’t have any black furniture. I decided that I might attempt to paint them. I have never been one that was too afraid to try something like that. When they arrived, I loved them. They were very sturdy and fairly easy to put together with the exception of one particular part, and it was actually in both chairs that I struggled getting a particular screw in. They do creak a little bit, not too loud, and maybe it’s just that I notice it because I put them together and think maybe I did something wrong during the process. I did totally change my entire thought process, though because I had purchased a desk to go in one of the spare bedrooms, and it has some black metal in it. Just out of curiosity to see how it would look, I put the chair up under the desk and I loved it. So instead of using both of them in the dining room I am using one as a desk chair. I’m not sure if I will use the other one in the dining room or might possibly find another location. I am pleased with this chair, I hope the creaking will eventually go away, but they are well built and sturdy.
