Bought two to match in my boys’ room and each box was missing one set of pieces. We pieced them together to make one bed, but upon contacting customer service they were unable to send the additional pieces for the other bed because it is out of stock. Now I have one bed and a pile of junk where two matching beds should be after spending a week waiting for shipping and two hours of assembly. SO ANNOYED.
