It’s a lovely loveseat and I’m very happy with the quality and fabric. However, 99% of the reason I ordered this loveseat was because the description said the seat height was 20.5”. I got rid of my last loveseat because it was only 16” off the ground and getting harder and harder to get up from! Nowhere on your site did I see “measurements are approximate” or anything of that nature (did I miss it?). The seat height is actually 18” and I can’t tell you how many other 18” loveseats I passed by – and a lot of them were a lot cheaper – but went with the more expensive one because I wanted that extra seat height! So I’m pretty disappointed by this - not disappointed enough to pay to return it (if that was even an option, which I doubt) but I feel a bit hoodwinked by Wayfair. Just sayin’.

Looks smaller in person. Fabric is rough to the touch. I haven't had any spills to test the fabric yet. I do like that there were a lot of options for color and wood type.

Great for the price

Really well built with a lot of style. I added a few throw pillows to dress it up.
