[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sit on a Herman Miller Aeron chair 5 days a week for several hours at a time during work. I've been a fan of the chair's mesh material and support but always felt the upper back and neck support was a bit lacking. This headrest was just the add-on I needed. The headrest was very easy to attach to the Aeron chair. The headrest is made of the same mesh material so it helps avoid dampness and sweat problems you typically have with leather chairs. You're able to make some adjustments to the height and angle which is good for finding the ergonomic position for your body. I might have gotten a slightly off shade of grey since I wasn't 100% sure if my chair was Carbon or Graphite colored but it works great nonetheless. This chair and headrest combo has helped with my posture a lot. In the past I would eventually slump into my chair about midway into the day but now I just lean back and rely on the headrest for support as I get tired. It makes a huge difference for me and leaves me a little surprised this piece doesn't come standard.

It has helped me relax and has given my neck the support that it needs. When I need to work on the computer, there is no longer the dread I feel because I know that my back with be in pain. It has really helped me get things done, without the worry. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It has really made my computer time more enjoyable without any discomfort that I had before. I highly recommend.

I have been having back, neck and shoulder pain and this head rest has improved my posture while using my desk. It has helped relieve the discomfort in my shoulders and neck.
