8 1/2 hours to assemble, by 2 old ladies. Not gonna say it wasn't hard or that I'm not hurting today. But we did it. Shame on any young people complaining its too hard. It's not too hard. Very detailed instructions, might be co fusing for 1st timers, just take your time & read everyting.

I purchased this modern open shelving media set and it’s both stylish and functional. The sleek design complements my space beautifully, while the open shelves provide ample room for electronics and décor. Took us 4 to 6 hours to assemble this entertainment center and the unit feels sturdy. My only concern is that the open shelves require regular dusting. Overall, it’s a great addition to a modern living room! Highly recommended!

Love it! This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture. It came with every single thing needed to assemble it, down to the screwdriver small magnetic level! I was impressed with how detailed the instruction booklet was. There are only 2 minor hiccups that I ran into, which is why Ive given it 4 stars... 1 - One of the pieces came without the pre-drilled holes needed to insert the wooden dowels as specified in one of the steps. (Im pretty handy so I measured accurately and drilled the holes myself. I also requested to have a replacement part of that piece sent to me as well in case I mis-measured ruined it...as you can see, that didnt happen!) It was clear, tho, that their quality control must have missed that before packaging it up for shipment. And 2 - The anchors included to secure the unit to the wall were less than sub par, so I ended up using some of my own toggle bolts for the drywall. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with this purchase! The wood is stunning and the brass is actually brassy looking...not gaudy gold. I feel it is made of good quality materials feels quite solid. Looking forward to decorating it! I HIGHLY recommend it!

This review is about the assembly and not the actual product. I am willing to believe that the end result will be worthwhile, but if you are thinking of purchasing with the "Home Service" from Angi, think long and hard. First call was for 1 "pro" who was allocated 90 mins. He took one look at the instruction book and suggested 3 workers and 3 hours. I communicated that advice to Angi and scheduled a second appointment accordingly. The morning they were supposed to arrive, I contacted Angi to confirm 2 people, which they did. However, only 1 guy showed up and once again had only 90 mins. The photo shows what 1 person could do in 90 mins AND it's actually incorrect. I'm going to basically have to start from Step 1 and patch freshly painted walls. (Angi eventually agreed to process a refund, but it will take 3-5 weeks.) If you really want this AND chose Home Service, demand at least 2 people and 3 hours AND watch them carefully. My input to Wayfair is this: When home service is purchased, you can do a much better job of vetting and preparing your partners for success. (Angi failed me at every turn.) There is no reason more suitable parameters for each specific type of product can't be accurately passed along.
