It works OK. The controls are a bit cumbersome compared to others. It doesn’t seem as well built as described but time will tell how it holds up.

I was looking for a chair with multiple options for adjusting the "fit," and a reasonable price. This chair fills the bill. I have been able to adjust it perfectly for my comfort. This is a great value and a solid chair. So far, no complaints.

Everyone in the office loves this chair. We all have one now, and Biz gave a great price.

Seat is comfortable and depth is perfect for a shorter person ( I am 5'2") The lumbar is a little high for my frame and the arm rests are on the cheap side. However for a shorter person, this is a pretty good chair for the money. Lots of adjustments on the seat and back. We are buying more for the office.
