Commode décorative à 3 tiroirs en miroir

Très joli petit meuble. Grandeur table de chevet. Arrivé un peu endommagé par contre.

This is exactly what I was looking for. First the nightstand arrives so perfectly package with styro foam and cardboard to prevent dings and nicks. The leg screws have these little plastic covers on the screws to prevent damage during shipping. I don't like to assemble furniture other than screwing in the legs - super simple. The color is a light grey with a tinge of green in it but it perfect for my gray room. This is a sturdy heavy dresser. The drawers are not large but I can fit my socks and such in there.

The unit we bought came a day sooner than expected but it had some structural damage, poor craftsmanship (paint on the mirror) and a screw was loose and bouncing around in the box defacing the finish in the front. Wayfair promptly sent a survey after delivery confirmation and I shared my experience in my submission. I got a reply immediately and they said they would send a replacement right away. They suggested that I keep the damaged unit and gave me a few options to take it if I wanted to donate it. When I received the second unit I wasn't that impressed with the finish of the paint after it was rubbed against by the packaging. The unit was not structurally perfect but it wasn't damaged. Wayfair called to follow-up and when I told them there was opportunity for improvement but I was willing to live with it they apologized and asked if 10% off my next order would be helpful. So they didn't burden me with shipping the first unit back, they sent the second unit promptly and they gave me a discount for my next order. This is the first time I have done business with Wayfair and it was after approval of applying for their credit card. They have shone me that they want to keep my business. I will continue to shop Wayfair.
