Looks very nice, and is a substantial piece of furniture. Would never pay the "retail price" listed for this item..but a good value at $400 or less.

I am generally satisfied with the quality of the coffee table itself however, I was disappointed by my experience with the company’s customer service. A few days after placing my order, and before the item had been delivered, the price of the coffee table was reduced on the website. The site prominently displayed a “30-Day Low Price Guarantee,” which led me to believe I would be eligible for the lower price. I promptly contacted customer service to request a price adjustment, but my request was denied. I then asked to cancel the original order so I could place a new one at the reduced price for the exact same item. I was informed that cancellation would require me to pay return shipping costs, even though the product had not yet been shipped or received. This experience left me feeling that the advertised 30-Day Low Price Guarantee is largely meaningless in practice. It appears to be more of a marketing claim than a policy that the company is willing to honor. As a result, while the product itself meets my expectations, the poor handling of this pricing situation has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction and trust in the retailer.
