Not only did I order a Velvet Sofa but everything else for my living and dining room. The furniture is good quality, easy to assemble when needed and arrived exactly as shown online. The text alerts for delivery were accurate and timely. And the prices were better than most traditional furniture outlets. Overall an excellent job by Wayfair. Kudos. Will recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased the Luxe Velvet Sofa with Solid Construction, Fully Assembled, and overall, I am glad with my purchase. A beautiful dark gray color adds a touch of elegance to my living space. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The unfinished fabric on the outside is not ideal, but since it's on the back seat, I can overlook it had it been on the front, I likely would have returned the sofa. Additionally, while this is a luxurious piece, the rich gold nail head trim was either missing, broken, or uneven, which detracts from the overall look. Despite these issues, I truly love the sofa and its comfort.

Sofa fits perfectly in my glam living room. It’s firm and sturdy. Nail trim is not perfectly lined up, but wayfair customer service was easy to work with on resolving the issue.
