Horrible packaging and cheap materials. The first bookcase arrived broken and the second replacement unit arrived damaged because of the exact same issue. The heavy glass shelves are in a box that is not properly secured, and so it always bounces around and damages or breaks the frame. We wasted all day waiting for the replacement delivery and it arrived damaged as well. This item is far too expensive for such careless packaging.

This piece is really pretty and was more substantial, and much larger, than I had anticipated. There was no assembly other than setting in the glass shelves. There were a few chips and scratches, but that is shipping for you. Looks the way I hoped and looks nice in the room I bought it for.

Absolutely beautiful in person!

Average... not worth the price.
