I wanted a mid-century looking case for my vintage stereo equipment and was very pleased with this cabinet! Some of the reviews mentioned the hardware that holds the glass shelves being flimsy & breaking, but I am guessing they have updated the hardware included because mine came with very thick and sturdy L brackets that screw into the wood. My receiver weighs around 20 pounds and so far the tempered glass shelf is holding up just fine. It looks very elegant and well built, although the metal lattice on the back had some rust when it was painted so the paint is flaky in spots but mine doesn't deter from the overall looks at all (it's mostly at the very top and bottom and you really need to look closely to notice). Overall I'd highly recommend this!

Shoddily made product! Do not buy. Both doors of the cabinet stick out badly when closed. And the handles of the cabinet are cheaply painted with one coat. One of the handles was corroded when I received the product, with some of the paint peeling off. Now I have to repaint both handles.

Loved the piece but after having it for just two months, the second glass shelf clips failed and it crashed to the floor breaking all of my favorite decorative dishware. It was in no way overloaded. Wayfair could do nothing after 30 days and the manufacturer, Everly Quinn has no contact info . I read on another review the same happened to someone else.

Not designed or priced to last through generations, but very cute and nice retro wood tone. Happens to match color tone of my solid cherry dining table that was in my house growing up. Make sure glass shelf supports in good and tight.
