Channel Tufted Velvet Upholstered Desk Chair

It took me FOREVER to choose an office chair, I wanted something comfy and big enough that I can sit with my feet up and WOW this chair is worth every penny! Seems to be holding up pretty good and the tilt function is nice, not too much but just enough!

I was really excited about this purchase...unfortunately it arrived with a big dent in the back. After a lengthy back and forth process with the manufacturer and with Wayfair, I returned it for a replacement. The replacement came...dented. The second was worse off than the first had been - both arms were dented. I'm returning it and looking into other options. I believe there's an issue with the way this item is packaged - the feet of the chair are on top of the body of the chair in a box that it too small for all of the parts; the feet press into the chair leaving dents. It's not the sort of material that feels like it would bounce back, either. If you're ordering this chair be aware that this is likely an issue with a lot of the units. Both times the manufacturer offered me 20% off the item to keep it, which didn't feel like enough for a chair that was almost $400 by the time taxes are factored in. This was a very lengthy and frustrating process. Very disappointing.

They velvet part came scratched. But other than that it was nice
