A nice firm couch. It is prone to wear in spots you sit a lot

Previously rated 3 stars. Now, a month later changing to 1 star. Less than 2 months into owning this couch, one of the cushions have begun to sag. Very disappointing, and of course, past the return date.

My couch was delivered today and it looks like it got wet after it was sent.. this is totally unacceptable! I need a return label... Please refund my money...

The color is even better in person. Im very pleased. The fabric is very soft! Easy to assemble by myself in under an hour.

HORRIBLE! Worst piece of furniture I’ve ever seen. The color of the material differs from piece to piece. The pieces of the sofa do not match up. It’s as if this sofa was put together with pieces from three other sofas. NOTHING like the picture on the website. Very disappointed as we’ve had this on back order since June, then cancelled the order because we needed a sofa. Received an email that the item was back in stock so we ordered. Mistake.
