I really wanted to love this bed. The headboard is really nice, however the frame supporting the bed is poorly made. On day one the legs in the middle kept slanting and having to be rearranged. The wood slats and legs are poorly made. Three of the legs on the bed were ready to break off on day two. Called customer service and they stated we would have to wait 3 days before someone would call the schedule a time to come out to see the issue.

Bed was pretty but had mold on the slacks , my husband replaced the molded ones but other than that it’s perfect

The velvet is smooth and pretty in person. The wood slats that come with the bed are appalling. Cheap pieces of wood with tons of splinters and wood that looks like its molding. Definitely recommend putting something down before you place the mattress or else it will scratch and tear.

The frame broke!!! The bed was a gift for my son. He said it is very comfortable but the frame is broken and the bed unusable after only a few weeks. He is tall- 6ft 6 in but not fat!! What a disaster. He got rid of the old bed. He is contacting Wayfair directly. I hope you can make this right or I will never use or recommend Wayfair again.

The bed itself and the assembly experience was amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for high end product :)
