Overall it was an OK couch for the price. We have used it for just over 3 years now and are finally getting something better. The cushions aren't very thick so if you want something with more squish this might not be what you want. Where my husband usually sits you can see the outline of the springs in the seat as shown in one of the photos, he's about 230lbs. I'm around 140lbs and they don't show where I frequent. This has held up fairly well to us, our child, 2 cats, and 1 dog.

I was supposed to receive my order on April 17th, as you can see from the picture, I only received one piece of the sectional that was supposed to be 3 pieces. Wayfair nor the shipping company can tell as of yet where my other 2 pieces are . This sectional is going to be much smaller than it looks and seems cheaply made. I should have saved the money and bought local . Ive never had an issue with Wayfair or their products before, this is a huge disappointment. Annnd , I have my first payment due the first week of may for a product I ordered in March and still haven’t received!

Initially very firm but wears in nice. Been sitting on it a year now. My 230 pound 17 year old threw himself on it and broke the wooden frame the first week but we fixed it easy and no problems since.

The bottom is made of a thicker plastic like cover. So every time you sit down it sounds like it still has packaging on it. The seats are very firm and uncomfortable. The seating area is pretty narrow and doesn’t really give much space to get cozy. It’s cute so if you are going aesthetic and not use, then it might be perfect for you. But if you like to wind down and enjoy company, tv or movies then I suggest getting something a little more comfortable.
