This chair looks exactly as pictured - I love that it swivels, has casters and storage so functional!!

We ordered these chairs three times and finally called it quits because each time they had ripples in the back or wearing on the arms from how it was packaged. Velour is an unforgiving fabric and although the chairs are beautiful we kept sending them back hoping for a better set. I gave them 2 stars because they are stylish.
