Received mismatched pieces and torn cushions. Wayfair resolution support handled the matter promptly, turning an otherwise headache into a great experience. The set was no longer available, found a different set and used the refund to purchase. New set was delivered in 2 days : ) Thank you again to the Wayfair resolution staff for expediting.

I love these tuxedo sofas. Easy to put together. Look soooo expensive.... they are comfortable with a deeper seat... the velvet wears well. I love them so much I have three, 2 in the living room and one in a casual setting area I refer to as the speakeasy. I would recommend these!!

This couch is very beautiful. Pretty comfortable if u add pillows to the top portion. It’s also very spacious and stylish. Great price.

Had this couch for 4 years in gray and the support beam in the middle finally gave out. Always got compliments, very comfortable.
