Chair is Lightweight. Only needed to install casters. Wood base is more orange tone than pictured.

These worked perfectly to fill up a small space in my newly renovated kitchen! I designed the kitchen to be open with lots of seating at the island, since that's where people tend to congregate anyway. But there was this open area that needed something there. I wanted some seating but not a bench or couch (already have a living room). I found these chairs and the color matches pefectly. They are firm but still very comfortable. I didn't attach the coasters because I don't think I want them rolling around on my wood floor (and thus there was absolutely no assembly). The "feet" where the coaster would go do have a nice plastic piece, but I covered that with felt for an added measure of protection. Oh and delivery was very quick!

Love these chairs! Get them, do not hesitate. Look even better in person and are comfortable. I have them at the ends of my 8 person dinning room table.
