Great office chair, nice quality

In giving my home a refresh with many pieces of new furniture purchased through Perigold, this was an absolute dud and non refundable. The chair itself is quite attractive but the color, Midnight, showed a deep carbon grey, not the navy blue I received. The color is acceptable for me but what is not acceptable is the chair back leans far back. It is impossible to sit up straight and have your back supported. How can anyone do tasks at a table in a slouched position - the only position this chair provides To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Even with a 20”x20” pillow, 5” deep, the problem is not solved. Because I sit in a task chair on average 10 hours a day and get up sit down dozens this is uncomfortable and annoying for the amount of money spent. The photo does not give a realistic view of the backward lean.
