The chair is pretty comfortable, but the problem is the cylinder that adjusts the height. The cylinder loses pressure and drops to the bottom. The leak started slow, and now does not work at all. Keep in mind this is only a couple of months old and it is really not workable for me. Big waste of money. So VERY disappointed.
