Fauteuil de direction

I gave this office chair four stars because the directions were with pictures difficult to view and no words to describe steps. It is well constructed and is sturdy. I would prefer the seat cushion to be thicker. So far it is a good eight hour day chair.

This chair is very comfortable and looks great in the home office. As you can see in two of the pictures, it came with a cracked part. It is still functional, but I thought I would message Wayfair anyway, and someone got back to me right away and is shipping out a replacement part! The customer service from Wayfair is excellent! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts was because of the crack, but they are taking care of it! Very happy!

This chair is solid! It is a little asymmetrical in a way that may be due to me putting it together solo, but it is really comfortable and the hydraulic seems stout. I work long hours and this chair is tall enough that my legs feel stretched when I’m at the lowest setting. The upholstery is good quality (faux leather). It took about an hour to assemble by myself and only because I used the wrong screws for one part and had to redo but the instructions are clear and it comes with all of the tools needed to assemble.

I’m a big guy and was worried about it supporting me but it’s holding up great and is very comfortable. Appears to be an Office Max chair from what I could see under a pleather flap.

I thought Wayfair was great at getting my order submitted and shipped promptly. I received my two chairs a day earlier than advertised. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.
