Best office chair I've ever sat in! It's more comfortable that I expected, and much better than another wider-seat, ergonomic chair my office purchased for me. I'm just shocked how comfortable this is, and how productive I have become in my home office!

So far I am not loving this chair. It is not as comfortable as described. It was a problem putting it together with poor instructions and it does NOT TILT. The back reclines. The back is not bent in the right places and makes You feel like Your being pushed out of the chair when You try to sit back in it. The lumbar support does not even touch My back because the upper back gets there first. I would send it back but it would be a hassle to take it apart and box it back up. I am stuck with a 475.00 dollar uncomfortable chair until who knows when. Update: The person who put My chair together did not put the arms on correct or the tilt. After having it put together correctly it is a much better chair but I still have a problem with the seat cushion being to firm for My taste or long sitting. I have a problem with tailbone pain and this is not a good cushion for that. I am purchasing a extra seat pad and it should be fine.

The chair is very heavy duty. It is comfortable to sit in 10 hours a day!

Everything ok, except there was no owners manual and I can't find it on the internet. I have questions on some of the adjustments.
