The desk arrived with nicks in it. I feel like we should get a discount due to that.

Nice desk but you should know 3 things. If you are not putting the desk against a wall then the back which will be facing into the room is not a nice as the picture, plain. Not terrible but you should be aware The desk is very heavy and the delivery men placed it in my office and left. The legs had to be screwed in (easy) but then the desk had to be lifted to about shoulder level and turned over. My wife and I could not do it. Had to get 2 strong friends. Middle drawer folds down for computer keyboard- instinctively I pulled the drawer and pushed down on it to release latch-wrong- but no instructions - there is an inner latch to push on - no way to know until it was too late - I broke it first thing - epoxy fixed it fine but be aware

Much heavier than expected. Very solid desk, drawer function work perfectly, look much more expensive than priced.

This desk is exactly as it was described and is absolutely beautiful. Im thrilled with the purchase. Excellent quality with dove tailed drawers. It arrived exactly on time as promised and while the delivery guys did the assembly, they really didn't need to because it arrives essentially assembled. All that had to be done was screw in the legs. While I never could find a photo online of the back of the table, the back of the desk is finished, but I was surprised to find a fold down small door (see photo) with an odd compartment on the back of the desk with electrical and USB outlets. I'm not exactly sure how to use the outlets as there's no cord hole on the table top. None the less, the table is good quality and worth what I paid for it.
