First off, I want to say that Wayfair customer service was exceptional. I received emails from the representative at Wayfair with answers to questions that I had. She also helped me out applying a coupon code that I was having difficulty with. I got the best savings possible on this reclining love seat. I have to say that the savings was far more than I expected. The Wayfair price for this flex steel reclining sofa was several hundred dollars less than any store in my area. On top of the great sales price they also threw in free delivery, assembly and setup which the stores in my area did not include. That alone saved me another 100. The quality of this flexsteel loveseat is exceptional. I did not know whether or not I would like leather, but it is very comfortable and so soft. I live in the mountains of Colorado so I was worried that the leather would be cold but it is not. It is so comfortable! The lumbar support and the neck support have absolutely helped my back issues. I couldnt believe that the white glove service was included in this price. The delivery representative was in contact with me several days before the scheduled delivery. I was out of town at the time and I was able to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time. The delivery person called to let me know when he was on his way and was on time, very polite and accommodating. He went the extra mile to set up my new reclining love seat and move it to where I needed it in my living room. The delivery person was very knowledgeable and experienced in assembling the reclining loveseat and was very thorough... checking to see if everything was working properly, that nothing was damaged, and everything was in pristine condition. Truly, I just could not be happier with my purchase, and my experience with the Wayfair staff and the delivery company that was hired by Wayfair. I could not have done this without them.
