Beautiful sofa. Quality product. It arrived on time, well-packed, and the delivery team were able to unpack it and place it where requested. They also removed all of the packing material.

At 1 year, the reclining mechanism of a 3k sofa started failing and 2 months later failed. 2 of the cushions are not holding up. I contacted Wayfair and they directed me to Flex steel. I fu with Flexsteel and they referred me back to Wayfair to help with the warranty. I again engaged Wayfair and they after 30 days they can’t help and don’t stand by the product.

I did alot of research before purchasing the Flexsteel Finnegan 3 piece set. And I absolutely love it! The leather is soft and the seats are firm but comfortable! I love that I can have a recliner that fits up against the wall. The brown is a beautiful caramel color thst goes well with different type of decor. The delivery from Wayfair was great. They were great with timed delivery and complete setup. I couldn't be more pleased!!

The reclining mechanism is already broken! We have only had this a little over a year. No children use it and we only use it occasionally. Very disappointed because it isn’t comfortable to sit in unless you recline.
