I ordered a bed from Wayfair and even paid extra to have it delivered and set up on a specific date that matched when we would take possession of our new house. Despite choosing my delivery date during checkout, Wayfair attempted to deliver the bed a full week early, before I even had the keys to the house. When I explained that I couldn’t accept it early, I was told that the next available delivery date would now be two days after the date I had originally scheduled—meaning I would have to sleep on the couch in our new home. When the bed finally arrived, the delivery driver couldn’t assemble it because the hardware was completely missing. Wayfair told me the replacement parts would arrive within 48 hours, but when nothing showed up, I contacted them again only to learn that I had been misinformed—the parts would actually take 10 days to arrive. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. It has truly been the worst purchase and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will never recommend Wayfair to anyone.

Gorgeous, sturdy bed in a nice neutral tone.

slightly larger than a king mattress (width and lengthwise) so it leaves spaces on all sides which is a little strange in my opinion. otherwise really amazing!

Bed arrived with no hardware and could not be assembled. Wayfair offered to send the hardware but that significantly delays when the bed will be set up
