I ordered the loveseat, couch, and recliner in this set. It is very comfortable, although a bit stiffer than our previous set. My only problem was with the delivery. We purchased through Wayfair for the white glove delivery and setup. We scheduled our delivery for a Saturday with a window of 8-12 for delivery. At 1130 we received a call that delivery had been rescheduled for Tuesday, stating that Monday delivery was already booked for other customers. After numerous calls with the delivery company we finally received our furniture on Wednesday. You can imagine our shock when we were told they did not provide white glove delivery or set up and left us with three boxes unassembled! Not acceptable!
