This chair is incredible! The material is extremely soft; the chair is so comfortable; and it swivels easily 360 degrees. Two downsides that I'll mention: (1) the time to delivery was lengthy, which wasn't a surprise at all because it was disclosed up-front - just wish we could have gotten it a little sooner; and (2) we discovered after delivery that two of the small plastic disks/feet on the bottom of the stand were cracked which causes the chair to sit unevenly on the floor when it's swiveled in certain directions. It was unfortunate that that wasn't detectable until after signing for the delivery. I'd still purchase it again - it's worth it. Just mentioning those things for awareness.
