chairs are not a darker gray, more like a lifht whiteish gray. damages arm that hopefully wayfair replaces.

I love how sturdy the chair is, and the color looks just like the picture.

Very disappointing for $350. Cheaply constructed, color much lighter than shown on-line, and shorted on hardware. Very inconvenient. Please close my account and stop the junk emails.

I ordered 2 of these for our game room. Very sturdy and comfortable! They look better in person than on the website.

easy to put together and great quality

Poorly thought out chair. Its not Wayfairs fault but the manufacturer. All the dowels are soft and break easily during assembly. They give you spares, but those are soft also. I replaced them with hard wood ones. The screws are cheap and break also, so I replaced with Kregg pocket screws. Having at least 2-24 or longer wood clamps will help tremendously during assembly. Especially getting the pieces drawn together tightly before fastening. The drinkcue stick holder rubs on the seat when you move it, so I made a plastic spacer for each side to prevent that and put some loctite on the screw holding it. Once assembled, with the improvements, the chair is pretty solid and should hold someone 270 lbs or so. I purchased these to match the pool table. Bottom line, if your handy and willing to take the time do it right, this is the chair for you. Otherwise, spend 2xs the money for an already assembled one, made in the USA...

Hardware included don't adequately secure legs to base and arms to back. Had to use self-supplied wood screws in order to finish job. Great product otherwise!

They look good and get the job done but the quality is pretty cheap.

The color and look are just like the picture, however, assembly seems to be a bit difficult. Made it 85% through one chair & have taken a week-long break to try and recoup.
