I am very disappointed with my stools. I ordered 2 because the pictures showed that the legs were a dark brown. I wanted the legs to match the wood color of my chairs. The stools arrived well packaged but to my great disappointment the legs were a blonde color. I called Wayfair and the customer service representative asked me to upload a photo to prove my complaint was valid. She viewed the photo and agreed there was indeed a difference in color and-promised to send me a replacement. A few days later I got an email stating that Wayfair has cancelled my request to send a replacement. Stating that it is the product that I ordered and that they use professional photographers. And that it was a lighting issue that made the color of the legs seem darker. Really I have spent thousands of dollars on purchasing items from Wayfair and I have been pleased. But ,in this instance I feel that Wayfair has not taken the responsibility of what they advertise and what was delivered . And then blame the customer . I suggest they get better lighting for their photo shoot!
