Great quality bed frame and headboard. Very heavy but very sturdy

Really nice looking bed, very difficult assembly, pretty good seeming quality. This bed looks great, as pictured and is pretty much all we were hoping for. All in all, we feel good about the purchase! The construction seems to be a thin real wood venir on a particle board core. Not 100 solid wood, but feels sturdy and won’t be as likely warp over time due to the mixed construction. The reason I took a star off was due to how hard the assembly was. I have assembled dozens of items for our new home over the past month, but this is hands down the most challenging assembly I’ve ever done. The instructions are very poorly done, and I ended up having to go back steps and undo stuff to complete later steps that were made impossible by the stuff I already put together. With that, if you have a good drill, are decent at assembly, and want a nice looking sturdy feeling low bed, this is for sure something I’d recommend to you! Good luck!

Great looking platform bed frame. The slats could be a bit more sturdy. If you have a memory foam mattress then youll definitely need to get thicker than 12.
