Was delivered a desk that appeared to be partially assembled with missing hardware. I was able to assemble the desk with other hardware we had at home but the desk didn’t move; there was an error code. Manufacturer said the control box was the issue. Wayfair customer service has been awesome and has already sent a replacement. Will update if new item works properly.

2021 Update love it!! Perfect for any task. This adjustable desk is motorized. Desk arrived in 4 large boxes, and was not particularly handled well during transit. The box containing the desk legs did have minor scratch damage. But, arriving in separate boxes did allow the smaller pieces and hardware to be safely separate. This adjustable desk arrived within a week of placing the order. Recommend two people for assembly. First impressions good. Heavy not flimsy. The White finish appears uniform. Clear instructions and pieces fit together easily. Motors (2) performs very well. Easy to use and I love the height options!

This is a great desk. The desk came in two different boxes that are pretty heavy. But they were delivered in get condition. The two boxes were big but easy to put together. I would recommend having two people put it together. The desk is very well-made very heavy and sturdy. After it was put together it is very easy to use and extremely helpful to go from sitting to standing position. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family. 

The desk arrive in 3 boxes, 2 of which weren’t in the best shape when they got here. The desk is damaged in an area on the top and the bottom but it isn’t so obvious when it is all together. The directions were very poor - as others had mentioned - and to me the powered components felt like they were just an add on since they didn’t come with the main directions. I really felt this was going to be subpar during the building process but I was so pleasantly surprised how smoothly it worked when it was plugged in that it still earns high marks from me!
