Overall, I love this table. It is very well-built and passes quite well as a dining room table. As a pool table, it is well-balanced, well-built, and very pretty. It has little balancers on the bottoms of the legs in the event you need to adjust the height of any corner to make the table completely flat. I only have one issue with it. The pockets on the table are not very deep. We sometimes have to remove balls from the pocket while playing so that more can go in. However, this is a relatively easy DIY fix if it would bother you. You would just have to unscrew the disc provided under the table and replace the material with some sort of flexible material. I tried to include some photos of that area to help. FYI the photo of the pocket has 5 balls in it. I am a 50-year-old female and I had no difficulty assembling this table by myself. However, it is completely impossible to upright the table without several people to help. It is a heavy beast and you can’t tilt the table on the side to right it, or the legs will crack when you try to upright it. The table comes with some basic accessories that will get you playing. But you may want to invest in some more professional cues. I also had a little bit of difficulty finding dining room chairs whose seat level were of an appropriate height to match the top of the table when it would be used as a dining room table. The general recommendation online is that there’s supposed to be a 12 inch clearance between the seat of the dining room chair and the top of the table. The table is about 32 inches high. So that leaves you looking at dining room chairs with a seat height of 20 inches. Most of them are around 18 inches. But I found some on Wayfair, so not impossible. But you will have limited options. Overall, I am thrilled to find a fully functional beautiful pool table that easily passes as a dining room table. People are surprised to find out that there’s a pool table underneath that cover. I highly recommend.

It’s everything I hoped it would be. Feels like playing on a bar size table. The cue sticks it comes with are pretty light and flimsy though. 

I’m yet to open and assemble this item but it looks really well built from the outside

Looks great, but be forewarned, this thing is heavy. We were also expecting the tabletop to have some mechanism to make it stay in place but it’s just two separate wooden slabs that sit on top of the table, so they can slide around easily.
