32W Accent Chair And Storage Ottoman

The chair came on Mar 12th. The back cushion was completely missing - so could not use the chair. I called on March 14th...a new back cushion order was placed on March 18th. It was supposed to be here March 29th (2 weeks almost!!). It's April 8th and still NO CUSHION. I have had a partial chair for a month now...that I'm finally going to give up on and return. It appears to be a nice chair - if only it was complete and I could use it. :(

This is a great arm chair. I received two and they look great on either side of my sofa. The color is excellent and the chairs are very comfortable. Easy to set up and great chairs for the price. We are very satisfied!

This 32W accent chair is way better than I expected! It was extremely easy to assemble it’s made of excellent quality it’s extremely comfortable and soft, and it has a beautiful gray color. It’s the perfect chair for my bedroom.

Usually you never purchase furniture online because you cant try it out. Im extremely happy with this chair and sofa. Theyre perfect for small area. The Cushions are a little firm and I am happy about that.So they dont flatten out over time. The back cushions are fluffy and firm. They dont feel cheap. The material is soft and I love the velcro that keeps the back cushion in place. Highly suggest purchasing
