Couldn’t assemble the item because the holes for the legs were the wrong thread for the screws and the holes for the center support to connect the piece didn’t line up so it couldn’t be connected. Customer service offered me a 20 discount to keep the unusable piece

This couch is much smaller, shorter, and less fluffy than the picture portrays. The cushions never fully expanded after being vacuum sealed for shipping. I wanted to return, but it wasn't worth paying the shipping. It would be best for a child's bedroom or a space with minimal use. It is not suitable for adults to use daily. It would not hold up. Disappointed.

Unfortunately this did not work out. You could feel the spring when sitting on the cushion. I am hesitant on ordering furniture on line since you can’t test for comfort before purchase and this confirmed that. Although the return process is a hassle for a bigger,heavier item, Wayfair was very good to work with for the return.

It’s very small. I can’t sit on it because it’s too hard and very uncomfortable. I bought it for my camper and thought it would make a good spare bed. I don’t think anyone will be able to sleep on it. I’m disappointed, but you get what you pay for!
