Roll pillows were misshaped as well as one of the back pillows, also too small

The chair came on Mar 12th. The back cushion was completely missing - so could not use the chair. I called on March 14th...a new back cushion order was placed on March 18th. It was supposed to be here March 29th (2 weeks almost!!). It's April 8th and still NO CUSHION. I have had a partial chair for a month now...that I'm finally going to give up on and return. It appears to be a nice chair - if only it was complete and I could use it. :(

Body Fabric:Buffed Camel Leather
This sofa was bought as an accent show piece, but when it arrived it was too comfortable to just have it there as a show piece. Assembly was a breeze, just had to attach the legs. It’s also durable enough for my wild kids.

It’s comfy for sure but not as angular as I was expecting based on the photo. It’s lumpy in the back pillows and the little roll arm pillows which makes I feel kind of cheap. But the seat is firm enough for support.
