I put it together myself and it was not too hard to complete. It is a pretty chair, but it creeks as I rock and I wonder if it will come undone. The chair is pretty light and the wood is thin. It is more comfortable than I thought it would be without cushioning. Also, the instructions give a lighter weight load of only 300 pounds whereas the site has 380 pounds.
